Fenerbahçe begins inscribing Atatürk's name on the roof of Ülker Stadium
Fenerbahçe Sports Club has announced that the name of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has begun to be inscribed on the roof of Ülker Stadium. As part of the project, Atatürk's name will appear in large letters on the stadium's roof.

ATATÜRK INSCRIBED ON THE STADIUM ROOF
According to the statement made by the yellow-navy club, the project to write the name of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, on the roof of the Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex—a project mentioned by Fenerbahçe Club President Ali Koç during the Ordinary Elective General Assembly Meeting in June—has been launched.
As part of the project, the name Atatürk was inscribed on the roof of the Fenerium stand. While the marking and drawing processes for the Atatürk lettering using laser marking and lighting methods began on Tuesday, November 26, the painting of the lettering was carried out on Saturday, November 30.
The lettering was applied onto the membrane roof covering using a flexible paint containing special resin that is highly resistant to weather conditions. The painting process for the Atatürk lettering, where the letters are 12 meters high, continued until late at night.
LETTER HEIGHTS ARE 8.5 METERS
The process will be completed on Tuesday, December 3, by writing "Mustafa Kemal" on the roof of the Marathon stand. The "Mustafa Kemal" lettering will be applied with letter heights of 8.5 meters. The total writing and painting area in the project will be 2,500 square meters.
