Fenerbahçe board granted authorization for 9 projects: Here are the projects!

At the ordinary financial general assembly meeting of Fenerbahçe Sports Club, a comprehensive authorization decision was issued for President Aziz Yıldırım and the board of directors regarding projects for the club's future.

Following the discussions held at the general assembly, the board was granted authority to carry out various real estate transactions, implement new facilities, and engage in commercial ventures within the scope of the club's fields of activity and investments.

The key items approved at the congress are as follows:

AUTHORIZATION FOR REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION

The board of directors was granted authorization until the end of their term to acquire real estate from public institutions and third parties in line with the club's objectives. This paves the way for transactions such as leasing, purchasing, allocation, and the establishment of usufruct and easement rights.

14 THOUSAND 934 SQUARE METER AREA FOR SAMANDIRA FACILITIES

The board was also granted authorization to take the necessary steps and carry out all procedures for the purchase of the 14 thousand 934 square meter section of the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities belonging to the Treasury.

FENERBAHÇE MUSEUM AND NEW FACILITY PROJECTS

The board of directors was also granted authority to carry out all kinds of transactions, including investment, facility construction, preparation of plans and projects, renovations, and upgrades on real estate owned by or under the usage rights of the club.

In this context, the projects highlighted at the general assembly were listed as follows:

Developing a project on the 13 thousand 972 square meter area in Kadıköy Zühtüpaşa Neighborhood, known as the former Kenan Evren High School, and creating the Fenerbahçe Museum in the historic building,

Implementing the Maltepe Football Academy project on the 124 thousand 217.53 square meter area in Maltepe Atışokulu Neighborhood,

The Metin Aşık building project at the Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities,

The project aimed at increasing the spectator capacity of the Chobani Stadium, also known as the Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY FOR THE USE OF THE FENERBAHÇE BRAND

The board of directors was also granted authorization to make regulations regarding the use of the Fenerbahçe brand and elements belonging to the club in real estate development projects to be carried out with third parties.

AUTHORIZATION FOR INCORPORATION DOMESTICALLY AND ABROAD

The board of directors was further granted the authority to establish or participate in commercial enterprises, companies, cooperatives, associations, or foundations, both domestically and abroad, as well as to carry out transactions such as share acquisition and buybacks, changes in legal status, and liquidation.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE 120TH ANNIVERSARY LOTTERY

The board was also granted authorization to provide information and follow up on the necessary procedures regarding the "120th Anniversary Lottery" planned with the permission of the National Lottery Administration.

LEGAL PROCESS FOR FENERBAHÇE UNIVERSITY

The cooperation carried out with Medicana Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. regarding Fenerbahçe University was also brought to the agenda at the general assembly.

In this context, the board of directors was granted authorization to review the existing cooperation, evaluate the contracts, and initiate legal processes if deemed necessary.
