In a statement released on the yellow-navy club's official website, it was stated: "Official initiatives have been taken with the EuroLeague regarding the serious ticketing and organizational disruptions that occurred, particularly before and during the semi-final match, as part of the EuroLeague Final Four organization held in Athens on May 22-24, 2026.
In the application made by our club, the grievances experienced by our fans, operational problems that emerged in the ticketing processes, serious disruptions regarding the seating arrangements, and management deficiencies experienced during the organization process have been recorded in detail.
All our objections and evaluations regarding this unacceptable process, which directly affected our athletes' and technical team's families, especially our fans, have been officially shared with the EuroLeague; our expectation for a comprehensive explanation and concrete feedback regarding the experienced disruptions has also been clearly conveyed to them.
As Fenerbahçe Sports Club, we inform the public that we will follow up on the process to protect the rights of our fans, ensure equality and transparency in organizational processes, and prevent similar grievances from happening again."
