Fenerbahçe heads to the Final Four for the 8th time in EuroLeague

In the fourth game of the EuroLeague play-off series, Fenerbahçe Beko faced Lithuanian representative Zalgiris Kaunas away from home.

The yellow-navies, who played the first 2 games of the series at home, won the first match 89-78 and the second match 86-74.

Having left the court defeated on their opponent's home turf last Wednesday, Fenerbahçe won today's away match 94-90 after the regular time ended 80-80, bringing the series to 3-1. Jasikevicius's students have once again qualified for the Final Four.

8th Final Four ticket

Fenerbahçe, one of the most important teams in European basketball in recent years, will appear in this organization for the 8th time. The Canaries, who took the stage in this organization 5 times in a row between 2015-2019, later competed in the Final Four in Berlin in 2024 and Abu Dhabi in 2025. The yellow-navies won the cup for the first time in 2017 when Istanbul hosted, and also managed to become EuroLeague champions for the second time last year.

Fenerbahçe also holds the title of being the Turkish team with the most appearances in the Final Four.

The 2026 EuroLeague Final Four will be held in Athens, the capital of Greece, on May 22-24.

Jasikevicius for the 7th time

Sarunas Jasikevicius, who took charge of the team in December 2023, has carried the yellow-navies to the Final Four for 3 consecutive seasons. The Lithuanian coach, who has many achievements in his athletic career, will compete in the Final Four for the 7th time in his coaching career. Having experienced a second, third, and fourth place finish once each with Barcelona, Jasikevicius also finished the tournament in third place once with the Zalgiris Kaunas team. He also experienced a championship with Fenerbahçe last season.
