KAP notification from Fenerbahçe: Withdrawal authority lies with the board!
Fenerbahçe Sports Club has made a notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding the decisions taken following the extraordinary general assembly.

Fenerbahçe Sports Club's 4-point motion, presented by the board during the extraordinary general assembly, was unanimously accepted by the members.
The following statements were included in the notification made by the yellow-navy club to the KAP:
"At the Extraordinary General Assembly of our company's controlling shareholder, Fenerbahçe Sports Club, held on 02.04.2024;
It has been decided to grant authority to the current Fenerbahçe Sports Club Board of Directors until the end of their term regarding all of the following actions, which were decided to be taken as a result of the consultations held in accordance with the 5th item of the agenda and which will be implemented at the discretion of the Board of Directors:
1. In the event that it is not postponed to a suitable date and a foreign referee is not appointed; not to participate in the 2023 Super Cup match or to participate in the 2023 Super Cup match with the U19 Football Team,
2. Not to participate in the Turkish Cup for the next two seasons starting from the upcoming season, or to participate in the Turkish Cup for the next two seasons with the U19 team,
3. Regardless of the decisions to be made regarding our football activities in Turkey, to determine and implement the necessary roadmap for international structuring in any case,
4. To apply to the relevant boards of UEFA and FIFA for the necessary actions to be taken regarding the unsustainable point that Turkish football has reached due to interventions made by parties other than football stakeholders.
