In the statement made by the TFF, it was stated, "Fenerbahçe has informed the TFF that it will not participate in the Ziraat Turkish Cup for the 2024-2025 season.
In the letter submitted to the TFF on November 29, 2024, it was stated, 'We hereby notify that we will not participate in the Ziraat Turkish Cup matches to be played in the 2024-2025 football season.'
The relevant boards of the TFF will make the necessary evaluations regarding the notification in question."
