Statement from Fenerbahçe Presidential Candidate Sadettin Saran regarding Hakan Bilal Kutlualp

Fenerbahçe presidential candidate Sadettin Saran issued a written statement thanking Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, who withdrew his candidacy for the extraordinary elective general assembly to be held on September 20-21 and announced his support for him.

In the statement shared on the social media accounts named Söz Fenerbahçe, where he conducts his election campaign, Saran expressed that Kutlualp prioritized the interests of Fenerbahçe in a sincere manner without any expectations.

Stating that Hakan Bilal Kutlualp is one of the pioneers who ignited the fire of change at Fenerbahçe, Sadettin Saran included the following remarks in his statement:

"Following our meeting last night with one of our club's presidential candidates, Mr. Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, we closely followed the statements he made today. Mr. Kutlualp displayed a sincere stance during our meeting and in the subsequent statements he made; he prioritized the interests of Fenerbahçe without making any demands and ultimately decided to support us in the elections. We extend our gratitude to him and his colleagues for their approach, which is genuine rather than just words. It is a fact that Mr. Hakan Bilal Kutlualp is one of the pioneers who ignited the fire of change by not remaining a spectator to the hopelessness and unhappiness in our community. WHAT DID KUTLUALP SAY?

Kutlualp, who had been conducting his election campaign with the slogan "Together Fenerbahçe" until today, had issued a long written statement, expressing that he made this decision to ensure that the votes showing the will for change are not divided and to ensure unity within the community.

In his statement, Kutlualp also noted that it is at Saran's discretion whether or not to include the candidates from his own list in the board of directors lists to be submitted tomorrow.
