According to the agreement, Fenerbahçe will generate 24.5 million euros in revenue from Cherif's transfer fee.
The contract also includes a sell-on clause.
The yellow-navy side will have the right to receive 10 percent of the profit from any future sale of the player.
It was stated that Cherif, who accepted Coventry City's 5-year contract offer, has departed for England to undergo medical examinations and sign the official contract.
Fenerbahçe had previously paid 4 million euros for the young player's loan and an 18 million euro transfer fee. Cherif, who appeared in 17 official matches in the yellow-navy jersey, contributed 3 goals and 1 assist in these games.
