Fenerbahçe, which was eliminated by Benfica in the UEFA Champions League play-off round, is continuing its European journey in the UEFA Europa League.
The Yellow-Navy Blues will compete in the league phase of the Europa League and participated in the draw from Pot 2. As a result of the draw, Fenerbahçe will play a total of 8 matches against its opponents in a league format; 4 of these will be played at home and 4 away.
Following the draw, Fenerbahçe's opponents in the Europa League have been determined.
Fenerbahçe's opponents are; Dinamo Zagreb and Aston Villa.
THE FINAL WILL BE IN ISTANBUL
If Fenerbahçe finishes the league phase in the top 8, it will advance directly to the Round of 16. If the Yellow-Navy Blues finish between 16th and 24th place, they will play a play-off round to qualify for the Round of 16. The UEFA Europa League final will be played at Tüpraş Stadium in Istanbul this season.
Following the determination of the opponents in the draw, the fixture, match dates, and kick-off times will be announced no later than Sunday, August 31.
