Fenerbahçe's new president has been decided! The 7-year Ali Koç era has come to an end

The Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of Fenerbahçe Sports Club has concluded. A fierce competition took place between the incumbent President Ali Koç and Sadettin Saran for the presidency. Following the vote count, according to unofficial results, Sadettin Saran became the 38th president of Fenerbahçe with a margin of 257 votes.

VOTING PROCESS AND COUNTING

The voting process for the Fenerbahçe Club presidential election was held between 10:00 and 17:00 at 50 ballot boxes. After the polls closed, the votes were opened collectively, and the counting was conducted under the leadership of the general assembly council chair. White ballots were used for Ali Koç and yellow ballots for Sadettin Saran in the presidential election.

SARAN RECEIVED 12 THOUSAND 325 VOTES

In the election, Sadettin Saran won the presidential race by a margin of 257 votes, receiving 12 thousand 325 of the total 24 thousand 720 votes cast. The election results were followed with great interest by Fenerbahçe fans and club members.
