Fernando Santos held a meeting with Gedson Fernandes!

Beşiktaş manager Fernando Santos held a private meeting with the team's Portuguese midfielder Gedson Fernandes. 

According to a report by TRT Spor, Beşiktaş manager Fernando Santos met with the 25-year-old player. The Portuguese coach asked Fernandes to contribute more to the attack.

SANTOS REQUESTED ATTACKING CONTRIBUTION

Santos, who is satisfied with Fernandes' defensive performance, told his compatriot that he needs to play closer to Ernest Muçi and the forwards when in attack.

The experienced coach instructed Gedson to stay close to Al Musrati when the team is defending, and close to Muçi when they are attacking.
