In the list published by FIFA, it was announced that the registration of new players has been temporarily suspended for Trendyol Süper Lig teams Natura Dünyası Gençlerbirliği and Gaziantep FK, as well as MKE Ankaragücü, which competes in the Nesine 2. Lig.
The statement indicated that the clubs in question were subjected to sanctions due to "various violations such as financial disputes or non-compliance with regulations." It was reported that all three clubs have been handed a 3-window transfer ban.
