Files of 4 players regarding the incidents in the Trabzonspor - Fenerbahçe match sent to the conciliation bureau

Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a decision was made to send the files of 4 players and 23 fans to the conciliation bureau regarding the incidents that occurred after the match played between Trabzonspor and Fenerbahçe on March 17.

According to information obtained from the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, within the scope of the investigations conducted by the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incidents at the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match, a decision was written to send the files of H.Ç, K.O, O.B, A.A, M.H.K, E.Y, E.Y, G.Ç, H.Ş, M.B, M.O, Ö.F.Ş, R.B, S.A, S.K, A.S, Y.Ç, M.A.K, Y.E, Y.K, F.B, H.E, and R.A, who entered the pitch, to the conciliation bureau (in accordance with Article 86/2 of Law No. 5237, through Article 17/1 of Law No. 6222).

Regarding the same incidents, a decision was also made to send the files of players Osayi Samuel, Jayden Oosterwolde, İrfan Can Eğribayat, and Michy Batshuayi, who was playing for Fenerbahçe at the time, to the conciliation bureau.

The file of Egemen Korkmaz, who was an assistant coach at Trabzonspor Club at the time, was also sent to the conciliation bureau.

As a result of the investigation, a decision of non-prosecution was issued for other Fenerbahçe players whose actions were determined to fall within the scope of self-defense.

It was reported that judicial proceedings were also initiated against 84 fans who entered the pitch during the incidents but did not commit any physical assault against any player.
