In his statement, Bedirhan Durak said: "My dear Adana Demirspor fans, I have worked day and night to carry out the presidency duties I took over in October with due diligence, sacrificing my own money, time, and health. At the point we have reached, I see with sadness that the vortex we have entered has become inescapable. For the sake of better tomorrows, primarily for my club, my family, my loved ones, and my health, I inform all our fans that I am stepping down from the presidency I was entrusted with. Respectfully."
