The goals that secured the victory for the Brazilian team were scored by Matheus Martinelli in the 40th minute and Hercules in the 70th minute, while Al Hilal's only goal came from Marcos Leonardo in the 51st minute.
Fluminense will face the winner of the Palmeiras vs. Chelsea match in the semi-finals.
