Following the Trabzonspor vs. Fenerbahçe match in the 30th week of the Süper Lig, which was marred by pitch incidents, the PFDK (Professional Football Discipline Committee) handed the Burgundy-Blues a 6-match ban from playing with spectators.

Taking action after the penalty issued by the PFDK, Trabzonspor has made its first official move. According to a report by TRT Spor, the Burgundy-Blues have appealed to the Arbitration Board to have the penalty reduced.

As Trabzonspor submits its petition of appeal regarding the penalty, the response the Arbitration Board will give to the application is a matter of curiosity.

Meanwhile, Trabzonspor fans will be able to take their places in the stands for the Ziraat Turkish Cup semi-final first leg match against Fatih Karagümrük.

Trabzonspor's ban from playing with spectators will only cover Süper Lig matches.

TRABZONSPOR HAS 4 MORE HOME MATCHES THIS SEASON

The Burgundy-Blues will face Sivasspor, Gaziantep FK, İstanbulspor, and Ankaragücü at home in the remainder of the Süper Lig season.

If no changes are made to the penalty by the Arbitration Board, Trabzonspor will also play its first 2 home matches of the 2024-25 season without spectators.
