Foreign referee to officiate Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby

TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu has announced that a foreign referee will be in charge of the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby.

Hacıosmanoğlu's statements are as follows:
