Galatasaray hands Antalyaspor a heavy defeat

In the opening match of the 28th week of the Super Lig, Galatasaray hosted Antalyaspor.

The home team, which started the match at Rams Park with pressure, found the goal in the 30th minute.

Victor Osimhen sent the ball into the net while completely unmarked, following a pass from Barış Alper Yılmaz that Alvaro Morata redirected to the back post.

The yellow-reds were awarded a penalty in the 43rd minute of the match. Following a VAR check, it was determined that Antalyaspor defender Ramzi Safuri had handled the ball, and the referee pointed to the penalty spot.

Alvaro Morata stepped up to take the penalty and sent the ball and the goalkeeper to opposite corners, extending the lead to 2.
