In a statement made by the club regarding the matter, it was stated, "An agreement has been reached with AC Sparta Praha Fotbal A.S. for the temporary transfer of our professional footballer Mathias Ross Jensen for the 2024-2025 season, with a conditional purchase option.
According to the agreement, in the event that the purchase option is exercised, AC Sparta Praha Fotbal A.S. will pay our club a permanent transfer fee of 1 million 200 thousand Euros. Additionally, the agreement includes a conditional bonus of 300 thousand Euros," the statement said.
Ross, who spent last season on loan at the Dutch club NEC Nijmegen, recorded 2 goals in 25 matches.
