Galatasaray continues its efforts to sign a left-back. It has been claimed that an offer was made for Luca Pellegrini, who is currently playing on loan at Lazio, to join the yellow-reds.

After parting ways with Angelino, Galatasaray accelerated its search for a left-back and added 24-year-old Pellegrini, whose rights are owned by Juventus, to its agenda.

According to a report by Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Galatasaray made an offer to add Pellegrini to its squad. However, Lazio President Claudio Lotito rejected the yellow-reds' offer, stating that they are not considering letting the player leave the team.

The Italian left-back transferred from Juventus to Lazio last summer on a 2-year loan deal. Pellegrini's contract with Lazio will expire in 2025, and the agreement includes a conditional mandatory purchase option.

Luca Pellegrini's contract with Juventus runs until 2026. Appearing in 18 matches this season, Pellegrini has contributed 1 goal and 1 assist in 682 minutes of play.
