Galatasaray Sports Club has announced that the tender planned for the sale of the property in Florya through a revenue-sharing model in exchange for land sale has been postponed once again.

The tender, which was initially scheduled for May 9, had previously been postponed to May 23. However, club officials stated that upon requests for additional time from prospective bidders for their evaluation and preparation processes, it was decided to hold the tender on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 15:00.

In its official statement, Galatasaray indicated that this postponement was made to ensure the process regarding the sale of the property registered under Block 292, Parcel 243 in the Şenlik neighborhood of Bakırköy, Istanbul, is conducted more effectively and efficiently.

The club emphasized that this additional time was needed to allow the parties participating in the tender to prepare better.
