While the club thanked Football Teams General Coordinator Samet Aybaba and Board Advisor Bradley Howard Friedel for their contributions last night, Vice President Onur Göçmez resigned this morning. Göçmez sent his decision and resignation letter to the club in writing.
WHO IS ONUR GÖÇMEZ?
Born in Istanbul in 1977, Onur Göçmez graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Istanbul University's Faculty of Economics in 2000. Onur Göçmez previously served as the president of Bandırmaspor, which competes in the Trendyol 1st League.

WHAT DOES ONUR GÖÇMEZ DO?
Onur Göçmez began his professional career in the Call Center and Customer Services sector in 1999. He continued in the Logistics and Transportation sector starting in 2003, serving as an Inspector at the Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş Inspection Board and as Istanbul Regional Manager at CEVA Lojistik A.Ş, before joining Arkas Lojistik A.Ş in 2012.
He served as Operations Manager, Fleet Management Manager, and Istanbul Regional Manager at Arkas Lojistik A.Ş. In 2014, he was appointed as the Turkey Director of Arkas Lojistik Transportation Services, where he made significant contributions to the group with his experience, and was appointed as Deputy General Manager in 2015. Additionally, he was responsible for the strategy and execution of the Human Resources, Security, and Administrative Affairs functions of the Arkas Logistics Group.
As of April 2017, he was appointed to the position of General Manager of Arkas Lojistik A.Ş.
In January 2020, he was appointed to the position of CEO, responsible for the management of all service groups, central departments, and the Executive Board of Arkas Lojistik A.Ş, including its domestic and international branches.
As of June 2023, he continues his duties as the President of the Arkas Holding Logistics Group.
