Shocking remarks from Erman Toroğlu and Ahmet Çakar about Kerem Aktürkoğlu! 'He didn't get beaten up by two players for nothing'

The Kerem Aktürkoğlu transfer saga at Fenerbahçe has reached a happy conclusion. The national footballer arrived in Istanbul last night alongside Fenerbahçe Vice President Hakan Safi.

Hundreds of Yellow-Navy fans welcomed Kerem Aktürkoğlu, who landed at Sabiha Gökçen Airport via private jet.

In his first statement upon arrival, the 26-year-old footballer said:

'I really wanted this transfer. I came to Fenerbahçe for the championship. I will do everything in my power to gift this championship to our fans.'

'It was a difficult process, but our president Ali Koç, and then our vice president Hakan Safi, stood by me during this tough time. They made this transfer possible. I wanted it very much too.'

'We put in a lot of effort to make it happen as soon as possible, to join my team, and to get on the pitch with my teammates. Let's say better late than never. This year, together with my teammates, we can gift our fans the championship they have been longing for.'

'I have come to Turkey's biggest club. From now on, I will give everything I have for our community, for Fenerbahçe. Hopefully, it will end in a championship.'  

Former referees and sports commentators Ahmet Çakar and Erman Toroğlu reacted harshly to Kerem Aktürkoğlu's statements.

Ahmet Çakar said, "Kerem, you are so ill-mannered that tonight you say 'I have come to Turkey's most honorable club,' but not even a year ago, during the 2024 championship celebrations, you were cursing at Fenerbahçe. If this is being a man, then I am not a man. If there is even the slightest lie in what I am saying, then you are not a man."

Erman Toroğlu stated, "You say 'I have come to the most honorable club,' are the other teams dishonorable? Every club has honor! This Kerem Aktürkoğlu didn't get beaten up by two players for nothing! These people are weak; you are spitting in the plate you eat from!"
