TÜMOSAN Konyaspor manager Hakan Keleş, whose team lost 2-1 away to Trabzonspor in the 12th week of the Trendyol Super Lig, said that they played well against their opponents but did not get the result they deserved.

Speaking at the post-match press conference, Hakan Keleş began his remarks by saying, "We have been commemorating our Great Leader, our Atatürk, with longing for 85 years; we are grateful," and continued, "It was important to get a point or points against Trabzonspor. We did many of the things we wanted in the first half. We also found attacking transitions in terms of defense, but we had problems with finishing. It would have been good if we had taken the lead."

Stating that they fell behind in the second half due to a defensive error, Hakan Keleş said the following:

"But then the reaction from the players was good, we found the equalizer. After falling 2-1 behind due to an unfortunate matchup in the final minutes, we tried to turn the game around, but we were not enough. I am satisfied with the game in general. They reflected many of the things I wanted onto the pitch. It would have been good for our morale if we could have taken a point. We have an international break ahead of us, and we are also dealing with injuries. We will work well during this break. What I saw in this match made me a little more satisfied for the future. But it would have been very good if we could have taken a point. I thank my players for their efforts. I am also very sad for them. They did not get the reward for their efforts. We were good in terms of play, but we did not get the reward in terms of the result."
