Halkbank secures victory in a tough match!

In the second week of the CEV Men's Champions League Group C, Halkbank defeated Germany's Berlin Recycling Volleys 3-2 at home after a deciding set.

With this result, Halkbank achieved its second victory in the group. The capital city team rose to the top of its group. At the end of the match, Halkbank's Ngapeth was named the most valuable player of the game.

The capital city team had managed to beat Italy's Gas Sales Daiko team 3-1 away in their first match of the tournament. Recycling Volleys had defeated the Portuguese representative Benfica 3-0 in their first home match.

Halkbank will face Benfica away in their third match of the group.
