Continuing its search for a goalkeeper ahead of the new season, Manchester United has come to the fore with a remarkable move.
According to the report by NTV Spor citing Relevo, the English club has made contact with Serbian goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, who is preparing to leave Torino.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper was transferred to Manchester United from Vojvodina for 1.75 million Euros before the 2014-15 season. However, he was loaned to Lechia Gdansk without ever playing a match for the club at that time. Now, Milinkovic-Savic faces the possibility of returning to Manchester United after a 9.5-year hiatus.
If this transfer goes through, Milinkovic-Savic is being considered as an opportunity to solve the club's goalkeeper problem, despite having never played a match for Manchester United.
