Ümraniyespor, competing in the Trendyol 1st League, is bringing Nicolas Anelka on board.
According to a report by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu from Sports Digitale, Ümraniyespor offered Nicolas Anelka the position of CEO at the club.
The report also detailed that Nicolas Anelka accepted the offer and arrived in Istanbul for the official signing.

The 44-year-old Anelka, who played for major teams such as Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Juventus during his playing career, signed with Fenerbahçe in 2005.
Having served as a player-coach at Shanghai Shenhua in China and Mumbai City in India, Anelka worked as a consultant for the Dutch team Roda and as a coach for the youth team of the French club Lille after retiring from football.
In 2021, Anelka briefly served as the sporting director for the French 4th division team Hyères.
