Edinaldo Gomes Pereira (Naldo), the Brazilian center-back for Bitexen Antalyaspor, one of the Trendyol Super League teams, shared an emotional post upon his return to the pitch following the loss of his 4-year-old son, Davi, in a traffic accident. Naldo, whose 4-year-old son Davi was severely injured in a traffic accident in Antalya on September 7 and passed away on October 16 in the hospital where he was receiving treatment, has returned to the pitch after being away during this period. Naldo, who was included in the squad for yesterday's Beşiktaş match in the 11th week of the Trendyol Super League and sat on the bench, said in a post on his social media account: "I truly do not know what words to use to thank our fans, the technical staff, my teammates, the executives, and the presidents who did not withhold their support from us for even a moment during these difficult times. Today, the only thing that remains is my gratitude for the love you have shown both on and off the pitch. Davi loved Antalyaspor and our stadium very much. He must be very happy because of all the love you have shown. We are also happy because of the love you have shown."
