Huge fine for Beşiktaş from the PFDK!
The Turkish Football Federation's Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) has imposed a total fine of 1 million 64 thousand TL on Beşiktaş Club due to crowd incidents during the Galatasaray match and post-match statements.

The Professional Football Discipline Committee has imposed a fine on Beşiktaş Club due to crowd incidents during the Galatasaray match and post-match statements.
While Beşiktaş Club was fined a total of 1 million 64 thousand TL due to crowd incidents during the Galatasaray derby, Beşiktaş Second President Engin Baltacı was fined 200 thousand TL for his post-match statements.
The statement issued by the PFDK is as follows;
"It has been decided that BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. shall be punished with a FINE of 36,000 TL due to the team's unsportsmanlike conduct during the GALATASARAY A.Ş.–BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 21.10.2023,
In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. shall be punished with a FINE of 140,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and because this action was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the GUEST STAND blocks 419-420 who engaged in ugly and bad chants shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,
In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. shall be punished with a FINE of 520,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans within the scope of Article 53/8 of the FDT,
In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. shall be punished with a FINE of 168,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans,
BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. shall be punished with a FINE of 200,000 TL due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials in accordance with Article 38/3 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT, (by majority vote)
It has been decided that BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. administrator ENGİN BALTACI shall be punished with a FINE of 200,000 TL due to his statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT."
