Speaking after the match, Fenerbahçe manager Domenico Tedesco stated that Skriniar's condition is serious. Tedesco said, "Skriniar's situation looks really bad. It's a big problem. We will conduct detailed checks tomorrow, but it looks like a serious injury," he stated.
