In the postponed match of the 20th week of Spain's LaLiga, Real Madrid defeated Getafe 2-0 away from home.

Joselu scored the goals that brought victory to Real Madrid.

Following a play in the second half of the match, words spoken by Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham to Getafe's Mason Greenwood were captured on the broadcast.

Following the emergence of this footage, LaLiga announced that an investigation has been launched into Jude Bellingham.

GETAFE FILED A COMPLAINT

Getafe filed a complaint with LaLiga regarding the matter concerning Jude Bellingham.

In a statement from LaLiga, it was said, "Getafe has filed a complaint with LaLiga, and standard procedures will be applied regarding the matter. A report has been requested from a lip-reading expert for this purpose."

"I AM 97 PERCENT SURE"

Speaking to the British newspaper Daily Mail, lip-reading expert Jeremy Freemann stated, "After carefully analyzing the video, especially considering the context in which it was used, I am 97 percent sure that the word spoken was 'rapist'."

Freemann, who analyzed the video of Bellingham, made the following statement:

The visual cues on the lips point to the presence of the 'R' and 'P' sounds, and the word appears to end sharply. Additionally, Bellingham appears to have a distinct Brummie accent (Birmingham accent), and I have taken this into account in my interpretation. Given the clarity of these visual signs and the lack of a viable alternative interpretation, I am quite confident in this conclusion.

HE WAS TRIED FOR RAPE

Greenwood was charged with attempted rape and assault by Greater Manchester Police in October 2022.

The charges were dropped in February 2023 after the Crown Prosecution Service stated there was "no longer a realistic prospect of conviction" following the withdrawal of key witnesses from the investigation and the emergence of new evidence. Greenwood denied all charges.

Greenwood was loaned from Manchester United to Getafe for one season, but it is believed he will never return to the club and is expected to continue his career in Spain.
