İsmail Kartal: 'We came here to win'

Speaking at the press conference held at Right to Dream Park, Kartal began his remarks by evaluating the upcoming match and the group situation.

Underlining that they continue to lead the group despite the defeat against Ludogorets, Kartal emphasized that they came to Denmark to win.

Stating that the weather is cold and the synthetic pitch is in good condition, Kartal said, "We aim to do our job tomorrow and win the match. Our opponent is a good team, and they have their own plans. We anticipate these plans. We have worked on the tactics we will use in our analyses. Hopefully, we aim to return to our country tomorrow having achieved this result."

"We will take the field with the best 11 available"

Stating that their primary goal against Nordsjaelland is victory, Kartal said:

"But if we cannot take 3 points, we aim to leave with at least 1 point. Our game plan for tomorrow is based on winning. If we win, we secure our spot. If we cannot win, we want to leave with at least a draw."

Explaining that they are planning the defensive situation due to Ferdi Kadıoğlu's injury and that they will be on the pitch tomorrow with the best 11 available, Kartal stated, "We have time until tomorrow. We will have our final training session this evening. We came here to win. We will take the field with the most ideal and correct players we have."

Emphasizing that the treatment of injured players is ongoing and that they monitor the status of each player day by day, Kartal stressed that it would be too early to comment on the players' return processes.

Finally, speaking about the weather conditions, Kartal noted:

"I do not think the weather conditions will be favorable or unfavorable for either team's players. The team that concentrates well and performs its tactical duties will be successful. A footballer goes out on the pitch in any environment and does their job. I believe the team that does its job well tomorrow will be successful."
