Following Galatasaray's single-goal defeat to their arch-rivals Fenerbahçe in the Süper Lig, player Kerem Aktürkoğlu made a statement after the derby.
In his statement, Kerem Aktürkoğlu said: "The Captain of Galatasaray gives the necessary response to those who owe their existence to off-field events in the measure they deserve, but he does not stoop to their level. However, throughout its history, Galatasaray has always managed to bounce back from every difficulty. We, too, will give our all in the final week of the season to win the championship we have worked for all season and which is our right."
