Bundesliga side Heidenheim's Turkish footballer Eren Dinkçi has transferred to Freiburg. The club officially announced the transfer of Eren Dinkçi, stating, "Eren Dinkçi will join SC Freiburg from SV Werder Bremen next season."
Eren Dinkçi, who transferred to Freiburg, made the following statements:
"The Freiburg management approached me quite early and gave me a good feeling from the very beginning. That's when I realized I wanted to follow this path. I think I've found a rhythm right now and I want to carry that over to Freiburg. I've played here before with Werder and there was a great atmosphere in the stadium. I'm really looking forward to this atmosphere."
Freiburg Sporting Director Klemens Hartenbach said: "Eren has a very exciting and flexible profile. In addition to his attributes like speed and a good understanding of the game, his finishing quality also demonstrates this. We have known him since his U19 days at Werder and now we want to work together to make him an even more complete player. This is his first season playing regularly in the Bundesliga, so he still has real potential. We are very happy that Eren chose us and that we will be able to compete with him next season."
