A sensational statement has come from Maurizio Sarri, who manages the Serie A team Lazio. Speaking to The Sun, the experienced coach Sarri sent a message to Saudi Arabian clubs.

When asked, "Would you manage a team in Saudi Arabia?" the 64-year-old Sarri, who is under contract with Lazio until 2025, replied: "If smoking is not prohibited, then of course, one day I could go to Saudi Arabia and manage a team there."

This response was perceived as a message to Saudi Arabian clubs in many places, particularly in the Italian media.

On the other hand, the report noted that Maurizio Sarri smokes at least 60 cigarettes a day, and it was claimed that he has a special room built for himself at the teams he manages so that those around him are not affected by the smoke.
