FENERBAHÇE'S STATEMENT

In the statement released by Fenerbahçe Sports Club, it was said: "Happy May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day!

On the 105th anniversary of our country's founder, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, landing in Samsun on May 19, 1919, and igniting the fire of our nation's struggle for independence, the War of Independence, we celebrate the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day;

We commemorate our Great Leader, his comrades-in-arms, and our heroic martyrs with respect, gratitude, and mercy, who gifted this meaningful day to the Turkish youth, whom he saw as the beacon of independence and modernity.

As 'The World's Greatest Sports Club', WE are the eternal guardians of the Republic of Turkey and Turkish independence, which are the most sacred foundations of our existence."

In the message released by Galatasaray Sports Club, the following expressions were used: "A ship built in Scotland in 1878 set sail on May 16, 1919, carrying its most important passenger. How happy is that ship... That passenger never stopped afterwards, until he saved his country and secured the independence and freedom of his nation. How happy is the Turkish Nation...

Happy #19May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, and may the Turkish youth be proud because: How happy is the one who says I am a Turk!"

In the post made by Beşiktaş, it was stated: "Happy #19May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, where our Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk started the War of Independence and the first steps of our national struggle and our Republic were taken!"
