MKE Ankaragücü appeals PFDK's penalty!

MKE Ankaragücü Club Board Member and Press Spokesperson Hüseyin Aytekin stated that they will appeal the penalties imposed by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) due to the incidents that occurred following their match against Çaykur Rizespor.

In a statement on his X social media account, Aytekin said, "We respectfully inform the public that our club will exercise our right to appeal to the TFF Arbitration Board against the decisions taken at the TFF Professional Football Discipline Committee's meeting dated 14.12.2023 and numbered 34."

The PFDK had imposed a permanent ban from football-related activities on Faruk Koca, who resigned from the presidency of MKE Ankaragücü, and handed the capital city team a 5-match stadium ban and a 2 million TL fine.
