In the footage captured during the national team's training session, it is seen that Montella suddenly takes Arda Güler's vest while he is training with the team and sends him away from his teammates.

Arda Güler, who could not make sense of what was happening, stood with his teammates for a while longer before walking away. While no statement was made regarding the footage in question, many social media users interpreted these images as an attempt to exclude Arda Güler from the national team.

The TFF issued a statement regarding the 'vest' footage of Arda Güler and Vincenzo Montella before the national team's training session today.

The statement from the TFF included the following remarks:

"A video created by commenting on footage captured by television cameras during our national team's training session this evening has been circulated through social media channels.

It was agreed upon by our technical staff and the player that our national footballer Arda Güler would perform individual work due to pain in his groin, in order to prepare himself in the healthiest way possible for the Czechia match.

The work seen in the relevant video was not within the scope determined for Arda Güler, and our national footballer was subsequently directed to perform linear work for protective purposes.

We would like to importantly remind our sensible citizens, whose hearts beat for the Turkish National Team, not to give credence to such content."
