Murat Sancak targets the TFF: There is an organized structure!

Murat Sancak, the former president of Super Lig side Adana Demirspor, who has frequently made headlines with his recent social media posts, has once again targeted the TFF management in his latest statement.

Adana Demirspor's former president Murat Sancak has made a striking statement.

Sancak alleged that after some referees were removed from their duties in March 2022, pressure was applied to certain referees not to accept match assignments. Murat Sancak also used notable expressions regarding the TFF and the referees.

The full text of the statement made by Murat Sancak on social media is as follows;

"A referee structure and a family-wide refereeing dynasty within the TFF are always talked about, but no one lifts a finger. Some people design a league where two teams compete and start manipulations to pull down any Anatolian team that dares to raise its head. If referee errors (!) are not enough, VAR 'adjustments' come into play. The 'punishment stick' is ruthlessly used against those who want to defend their team's rights.

And then what do they do? The tracks are covered up, and they join forces to ensure the continuation of the rotten system. Oh, and let me not forget to mention that character assassinations are carried out against those who raise their heads by some sell-out pens in the media. Until a Tatar Ramazan or a Köroğlu emerges. Come on, let's start the new story then! Seven parts in total; there is crime, there is concealing the crime, there is covering it up and letting it reach the statute of limitations. There is everything! When the calendar pages showed March 8, 2023, a step was taken for Clean Football. Some referees were dismissed. Oh my God, how the place turns into chaos. Refresh your memory and remember those days. Those referees were almost turned into a national security issue. The defenders of this devilish order tell and write every lie to everyone. An perception is created as if football in Turkey has ended or will end.

But behind the scenes, the dirty gears have started to turn. Those who made the decision are placed on the target board. The boards lie in ambush, some work desperately to speed up the processes and take revenge. Meanwhile, following the announcement of the decision, upon the controversies and tension experienced, the then-MHK (Central Referee Board) President Ferhat Gündoğdu organized a ZOOM meeting 'to give morale to the referees and explain what happened.' Before the specified time, it was proposed in WhatsApp groups to organize a protest at the meeting.

At the same hours, some assistant referees were called by phone and offered/blackmailed not to accept match duties and not to go to the match. Financial and moral pressure was applied to the assistant referees. This method was applied by more than one person on more than one assistant referee.

The ZOOM meeting was planned to be held in a chat environment. However, upon information that a protest would be made and it would be provoked, it was held as 'comments disabled' by MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu.

However, someone recorded the meeting. The 3-minute 37-second speech was sent to journalists and some individuals via fake email addresses. It was sent to some people via WhatsApp. According to what is whispered in the corridors, one of those who spread the audio recording is a former FIFA referee. The tactic is very similar to FETÖ methods, isn't it?

In fact, a crime has been committed openly. According to the law, the statute of limitations for this crime is two years. In other words, the TFF and the MHK did not file a criminal complaint regarding the leaking of a corporate conversation, and they, so to speak, turned a blind eye. In other words, they clearly protected the crime and the criminal. Even though the MHK of that period decided to initiate judicial and administrative processes regarding what happened and wrote this in the decision book.

Is that all? No! There are processes with greater criminal liability in line. The Turkish Football Federation is a constitutional institution established by law. The situation is clearly stated in the Law on the Establishment and Duties of the TFF. On March 9, 2022, an operation was carried out to pull the plug on Turkish football, but it was not successful. How? Then let's move on to the second act.

When some referees were dismissed, pressure began to be applied to the referees: 'Do not accept match duties!' When the conversations that started politely met with resistance, they turned into pressure, threats, and blackmail. They were blackmailed with the threat of ending their refereeing careers by saying, 'We are taking your license plate!' It gets to the point that someone who is currently an active referee calls Halil Umut Meler, who is on a plane returning from a match abroad, via an internet-based application: Look, if you are given a match duty, do not accept it. This is a collective decision! The referee who made the call is someone who is currently signing off on scandalous decisions. Halil Umut Meler opens the match assignment message from the referee affairs, but does not respond due to the pressure. When he gets off the plane, he comes to Riva, and when he learns about the events, he says he does not want to act with this group. The MHK, which assigned another referee to Meler's match due to the delay at that time, gives him a VAR duty.

The father of this referee gentleman who made this provocation underwent a FETÖ investigation. Perhaps because he is currently interested in association elections, he makes mistakes in every match on the field that affect the result of the match. In other words, some people are officially conducting open activities to MAKE THE TFF UNABLE TO OPERATE-UNABLE TO PERFORM ITS DUTY.

The important detail here is this; Referees are considered public officials. That is, the gravity of the act is increasing. The fact that more than one person calls referees and pressures them not to go to the match is the greatest evidence of an organized movement.

Oh, by the way, when the MHK did not take a step back, dirty relationships were put into play through some pens in the media. Upon some referees starting to testify and give evidence, pressure was created on those who wanted to testify with the perception that 'The MHK is looking for a snitch.'

What happened is clear enough to reveal the organized structure we have 'always claimed' with evidence. As long as law enforcement initiates an investigation under the supervision of the prosecutor's office. Most of the documents regarding what happened are available at the TFF. Even if they were destroyed there, the counterparts have copies. Moreover, it is already impossible to delete digital traces. HTS analyses of the suspects should be performed on March 8-9-10, it should be determined whether they gave signals from the same base station, and whether they used other phones. It is easier to detect the illegal recording and distribution of the MHK President's zoom meeting. Those who performed data transfer according to the file size that night can be easily detected by the BTK. In this way, both the person who recorded it and the person or persons who distributed it can be reached.'
