Uruguayan goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, who started the match in the starting 11 for the yellow-reds and kept a clean sheet, equaled his own record for the most matches without conceding a goal in a single season for Galatasaray.
The Uruguayan goalkeeper had broken the record previously held by legendary yellow-red goalkeepers Claudio Taffarel and Faryd Mondragon by keeping a clean sheet in 16 of the 32 matches he played for 90 minutes during the 2011-2012 regular season in the Süper Lig.
The experienced goalkeeper has not allowed his opponents to score in 16 of the 30 matches he has played for 90 minutes this season.
