Muslera speaks ahead of Super Cup match: We have worked very well

Galatasaray captain and Uruguayan goalkeeper Fernando Muslera made statements at a press conference ahead of the Super Cup match against Fenerbahçe. 

Speaking about the match, Muslera said, "First of all, thank you very much. This is my first time in Şanlıurfa, it is a wonderful city. There were also crazy fans here. I want to thank them. It will be a very beautiful final. We fought very hard last year and became champions, and thanks to that, we will play in the Super Cup final. It is a very important match for us. We are happy. We have worked very well. It is a very important match. We are here to go out and play tomorrow. I do not comment on Fenerbahçe, and I never have."

Continuing his remarks, the experienced goalkeeper stated, "We are truly happy to be here. We will play another final. We worked very hard to be here. This cup is a very important goal for us. We fought hard last year and won the Süper Lig, and that is how we got here. We will play another final to win another trophy." 

Expressing that the team has worked very hard, Muslera said, "We are preparing a lot, we are working. I want to say this very clearly right now. I will only talk about Galatasaray. We are here, we put in a lot of effort, we achieved great things. We worked very hard in Florya and we came here." 

Finally, Muslera added, "It is not just the trophies, but another source of pride is that I have played my 500th match for Galatasaray. It is something that makes me proud. My goal is to play as long as I can physically endure. I feel very good. If my coach continues to want me, there will be a few more years ahead."
