In a statement released by the orange-and-white club, it was stated, "Following discussions held by our Club President Bayram Akgül, an agreement has been reached with Mustafa Kemal Kılıç for the position of head coach until the end of the season."
Adanaspor had parted ways with head coach Mustafa Kaplan by mutual agreement on January 18.
