According to the statement made by the Turkish Shooting Federation, Olympic silver medalist Şevval İlayda Tarhan reached the top of the podium with 240.8 points in the women's air pistol final at the championships held in Osijek, Croatia. Tarhan secured the gold medal by finishing ahead of Zorana Arunovic, who had defeated her in the mixed team final at the Olympics.
