National Team begins preparations for Portugal match

The Turkish National Football Team, which will face Portugal on Saturday, June 22, in the second match of Group F at the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024), has begun its preparations.

During the training session held at the camp center in the town of Barsinghausen, near Hannover, Germany, under the guidance of Head Coach Vincenzo Montella, the players who started in the 11 against Georgia yesterday performed recovery exercises in the gym.The other players began the training session, the first 15 minutes of which were open to the press, with running and warm-ups, and continued with passing drills.

İrfan Can Kahveci, who is still undergoing treatment, performed light running separately from the team.

Meanwhile, TFF Vice President Mustafa Eröğüt and Board Member in Charge of National Teams Hamit Altıntop also watched the training session from the sidelines.
