Süper Lig'de 17 Mart Pazar günü oynanan Trabzonspor - Fenerbahçe maçının ardından gözaltına alınan ve 20 Mart'ta Trabzon 2. Sulh Ceza Hakimliği'nce tutuklanan Engin T. ve Oğuzhan B'nin avukatları, tahliyeleri için Trabzon Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı'na müracaatta bulundu.
Cumhuriyet savcısı, Engin T. ve Oğuzhan B'yi tahliye talebiyle Trabzon 2. Sulh Ceza Hakimliği'ne sevk etti.
Hakimlik, itirazın reddine ve sanıkların mevcut halinin devamına karar verdi.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Of the 13 suspects detained in relation to the incidents that occurred after the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match, 5 were arrested, while 8 were released under judicial control conditions.
Among the arrested fans, Mahmut Halil K. was released on March 26 due to his health condition, while Hasan Ç. and Kadir O. were released on April 3 by the Trabzon Duty 5th Criminal Court of First Instance.
