Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President Mehmet Büyükekşi has released a New Year's message.
In the message published on the TFF website, Büyükekşi stated the following:
"As we crown our 100th anniversary with these achievements, we also look to the future with confidence. We aim to experience many more joys together, as our country, which possesses world-leading stadiums, sports and accommodation facilities, and a talented young population, will host many great sports organizations and make us proud with the successes we will achieve by continuously participating in these major championships. I wish success to all our national teams, especially our A National Team, which will participate in the European Football Championship in 2024. I thank our clubs competing in European cups for their contribution to our country's coefficient, and I hope for a year that ends with a trophy for our representatives continuing in this arena.
I wholeheartedly congratulate all our teams and athletes who have brought us unforgettable successes. I wish all the valuable members of the Turkish Football Family, its institutions and organizations, and its clubs a year full of health, happiness, and success. I hope that 2024, a year in which we will achieve successes that will make the founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and all our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our homeland proud, will bring beauty to our country and all of humanity."
