Only 1 of the 'Big 4' presidents absent from Gaza meeting attended by Bilal Erdoğan

The National Will Platform held a press conference at the TÜGVA Headquarters for the Gaza support rally to be held at the Galata Bridge on January 1, 2026. Important figures such as Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek, Beşiktaş President Serdar Adalı, and Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan attended the meeting. However, Fenerbahçe President Sadettin Saran did not attend the meeting due to a drug investigation that took place in recent days. Instead, Fenerbahçe Board Member Ertan Torunoğulları attended the meeting in his place.

In his speech at the meeting, Bilal Erdoğan stated that the Gaza issue is not a matter of politics, but one that concerns the conscience of humanity. Erdoğan said, "We want to give a strong voice to the world by meeting at the Galata Bridge on the morning of January 1." Erdoğan emphasized that the international community must take action for a two-state solution. At the meeting, club presidents also took the floor in turn to express their support.
