Osimhen named in Champions League Team of the Week

Victor Osimhen has been named to the Champions League Team of the Week.

Galatasaray's Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has become the club's all-time leading foreign goalscorer in European competitions.

With his goal against Juventus, Osimhen reached his 13th goal in the yellow-and-red jersey. The Nigerian center-forward is followed in this category by Milan Baros and Shabani Nonda with 12 goals each, and Mario Jardel with 11 goals.

The Nigerian striker has recorded his 7th goal in the UEFA Champions League this season.
