Panathinaikos extends Ergin Ataman's contract for 3 years
The Greek basketball team Panathinaikos has announced that the contract of Turkish head coach Ergin Ataman has been extended for 3 years.

In a statement released by the club, it was announced that Ergin Ataman's contract has been extended until the end of the 2026-2027 season.
Ataman, who won the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and Greek League championships in his first year at Panathinaikos, was also named coach of the year in Greece.
Panathinaikos Basketball Club President Dimitris Giannakopoulos also shared on his social media account, stating, "I am very happy to announce that the best coach in Europe, Ergin Ataman, has agreed to be the head coach of Panathinaikos for the next 3 years."
