PFDK announces penalties for football agents in betting investigation

The decisions made by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

1- ABDUL SAMET SÜNER is to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT) and by applying Article 13 of the FDT.

2- ABDULLAH EŞ is to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT.

3- AHMET CAN is to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT.

4- AHMET VEYSEL ÜNAL is to be punished with a 3-MONTH BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT.

5- ALİ SÜNNETÇİOĞLU is to be punished with a 12-MONTH BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT.

6- ALİCANSUN BEGEÇARSLAN is to be punished with a 3-MONTH BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT.

7- ARAS ŞENER is to be punished with a 6-MONTH BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT (by majority vote).

8- AŞKIN AYTAÇ SÜMERCAN is to be punished with a 12-MONTH BAN from football-related activities in accordance with Article 57/2 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT) due to betting activities,

9- AYHAN DÜNDAR is to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities, determined by applying Article 57/2 of the FDT and Article 13 of the FDT, due to betting activities,

10- BARBAROS KILINÇ is to be punished with a 6-MONTH BAN from football-related activities in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT due to betting activities,

11- BARIŞ GÜÇLÜ is to be punished with a 3-MONTH BAN from football-related activities in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT due to betting activities,

101- YAVUZCAN BAKACAK to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT.

102- YİĞİT ÖZEN to be punished with a 12-MONTH BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT.

103- YİĞİT TEMİZKANOĞLU to be punished with a 45-DAY BAN from football-related activities due to betting activities, in accordance with Article 57/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT (by majority vote).

104- Antalyaspor Club is fined 160,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Kasımpaşa - Antalyaspor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 18.01.2026, and because this action was carried out for the 2nd time in a match where they were the guest club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand G block who engaged in the ugly and bad chants shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

105- Kocaelispor Club official Metin Özkan is sentenced to a 1-official-match ban from entering the locker room and the bench, and a fine of 80,000 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the 4th official during the Kocaelispor-Trabzonspor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 18.01.2026.

106- Trabzonspor is fined 640,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Kocaelispor-Trabzonspor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali

Yılmaz Season match played on 18.01.2026, and because this action was carried out for the 6th time in a match where they were the guest club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand block 317 who engaged in the ugly and bad chants shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

In the same match, Trabzonspor is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans.

107- Samsunspor is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Gençlerbirliği-Samsunspor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 18.01.2026.

108- Fenerbahçe is fined 1,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Corendon Alanyaspor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 18.01.2026, and because this action was carried out for the 9th time in a match where they were the guest club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the Roof Lounge guest stand blocks A and B who engaged in the ugly and bad chants shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

109- Göztepe is fined 1,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Göztepe-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 19.01.2026, and because this action was carried out for the 4th time in a match where they were the home club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the east stand blocks 211-212-213-214-215, south stand blocks 216-217-218-219-220-221, and north stand blocks 205-206-207-208 who engaged in the ugly and bad chants shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host.

110- It has been decided that Beşiktaş, due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş - Kayserispor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 19.01.2026, shall have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the East Upper stand blocks 415, 416, Spor Toto (North Lower) stand blocks 108, 109, Baba Hakkı (East Lower) stand blocks 115, 116, and Spor Toto (North Upper) stand blocks 408, 409, who engaged in such chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match.
